How We Charge
Most small-to-medium jobs are priced as a flat rate — you get a number upfront and that's what you pay.
For larger or open-ended projects we charge an hourly rate of $75/hr with a 3-hour minimum. Materials are billed at cost.

Pricing FAQs
Do you charge a trip fee?
No trip fee for jobs within our standard service area (James Island and Folly Beach).
What if the job takes longer than expected?
For flat-rate jobs, the price doesn't change unless the scope changes. If we discover something unexpected (like hidden water damage), we'll stop and talk to you before continuing.
Do I need to supply materials?
For most fixture swaps (faucets, fans, fixtures) you supply the hardware. For labor-only jobs like caulking or drywall, materials are included in the flat rate.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. Payment is due when the job is complete.
