I will provide weekly inspections while you are away for peace of mind, and to avoid costly repairs. You’ve made a large investment in your home and/or investment property, so ensuring any issues like leaky faucets, your air conditioner stops working, a leaky hot water heater, for example, are fixed immediately; letting these problems go unaddressed can lead to very expensive repairs, not to mention a great deal of aggravation and frustration.
I'll check your house, apartment, townhome, condo, pick up mail, water plants, and check the premises to ensure any property issues that arise while you are away are taken care of. In most cases, I can solve these problems. If not and it is a larger, more complex issue, I will make the coordination with your preferred licensed contractor if needed.
